Everyday we experience different things either good or bad that’s nature. Everybody wants to live a life full of joy with less stress. Experiences will be there in this life be it positive or negative. Nature wise for one to lead a normal life they must experience different challenges both negative and positive. We may ask ourselves what went wrong during the hard situations forgetting that’s normal since its part of life experiences. Survival tend to be hard in human everyday life, and that’s why some people feel overwhelmed by their own situation thus feeling inferior. People have different characters, some have strong and others have weak character, strong character is capable of fighting stressful situation while weak character tends to feel weak in such situations. And in such scenarios is when you will hear someone committed suicide or tried to commit suicide.

When a person reaches a point of wanting to take away their lives it means they have tried fighting depression and by not sharing with others they end up reaching what we call a dead end. Keep speaking out your problems with the trusted people in your life it is very important. If you want to flee from the burden of stress keep talking about your problems with trusted persons. Experts have always advised, for a person to heal from stress and any kind of depression they should feel free talking about it and that by opening up they will manage to flee from that deep hole of depression. There is more ways of treating the sickness called depression one of them being speaking out yourself.

It is difficult to go through a tough situation in life, however every problem have a solution. people will always talk and the only medicine to that is never mind what they say about you, live and enjoy life. The best and easiest way to have is avoidance is avoid negative people and ignore those who talk about you. Believe in yourself and continue living your comfortable life. try all means to know what brings you down.

Think of the past few days or weeks the cause of pulling your emotions down and find a way to tackle the problem rather than feeling down and low. Do not sit back and feel sorry for yourself rather wake up face the problem head-on and be confident that you will come over it. By giving yourself a positive image you will have a positive attitude by the day. Do not allow anyone to feed you with negative opinions rather keep your mind focused regardless of the situation, remember of the great goals you have achieved and let the sweet memories be a motivation to you.
